True success is all about working towards meaningful goals and dreams

AMAL academy providing thoughtfulness at this critical time in our lives. I would like to express my gratitude towards them for their amazing tips and contribution

The Totkay’s by Amal are mentioned below:

★Self-talk

★Go out of your comfort zone

★Create new habit

★Ask people for help

★Fake it until you make it

Self Talk:

Self-talk is basically your inner voice, the voice in your mind that says the things you don’t necessarily say out loud. We often don’t even realize that this running commentary is going on in the background, but our self-talk can have a big influence on how we feel about who we are.

Get out of your comfort zone:

Especially when things are stressful. Many of us resort to staying in our comfort zone doing, saying, watching, eating things that we already know. That’s fine, of course. It is natural to want to stick with things to which we are accustomed. But the more time we spend in this zone, the more difficult it will be to break free from that space.

Create a new Habit:

You will never change your habits until you change something you do daily

Start with an incredibly small habit. Make it so easy you can’t say no. Increase your habit in very small ways. …As you build up, break habits into chunks. When you slip, get back on track quickly. Be patient.

Ask People Help:

Asking for help isn’t a sign of weakness

It helps develop a mature mindset. It makes you happy. It connects you with others. It builds the courage to accept rejection. It increases your productivity

Fake it until you make it:

“You must be the person you have never had the courage to be. Gradually, you will discover that you are that person, but until you can see this clearly, you must pretend and invent.”
Paulo Coelho

Buck up. Fake it till you feel it. The show must go on. This was the way they did things — These people in the world she’d grown up in
