The Pomodoro Technique is a time management system that encourages people to work with the time they have rather than against it. Using this method, you break your workday into 25-minute chunks separated by five-minute breaks. These intervals are referred to as Pomodoro. After about four Pomodoro, you take a longer break of about 15 to 20 minutes.

I have also experienced this technique in my task of the office today. It has really increased my work productivity.

Because when I used this technique, my brain remained fresh and I was able to focus more on my work. My mind came out with more thoughtful ideas using this technique.

Pomodoro technique increased my productivity because I had divided my task into different chunks and then took a break after each chunk as I feel relaxed during the break and my mind remained fresh and in this way I focused more on my work. No doubt it helped me accomplishes more. I will follow this technique regularly Insha’Allah.

Proud to be a part of the Amal fellowship.
